Android features a standard way to import certificates that are later used by the applications in your phone. Access the following page and use those instructions to learn how to add certificates.
As you can see, you have to go to Security & Location and then Encryption & credentials. All the certificates are stored under the Credentials storage. Once you install a certificate, reboot the phone and then use the app you need and it should work.
